Entech was honored with the 2022 Troy Chamber of Commerce Marketing Magnet award, an award given based on votes cast by members of our own community. This award solidifies all our hard work to improve the visibility of Entech’s message—a recognition we don’t take lightly. We wanted to take a moment to reflect on what exactly our message is and how we wish to convey it in the future. 

Growing Business Through Relationships

At Entech, we like to say that our service is what sells us. When you work in the staffing industry, it’s important to connect with clients and employees on a personal level to gain trust and understanding of one another. Our passion for what we do is showcased every day in how we treat our staff and community—we appreciate you all. We have spread this message through our blog series spotlighting both our direct staff and employees on assignment through us. We regularly celebrate the amazing people on our team through lunches, in house bridal and baby showers, and much more. We have even gone so far as to use our social media platforms to share these experiences with our community because we believe our staff deserves the recognition and praise.

We are fortunate to be a member of the thriving city of Troy, MI,  and have gone to extensive lengths to get to know our fellow local businesses. Through our involvement particularly with the Troy Chamber, we have built relationships with our peers and improved our visibility in the community. We have also increased our local philanthropic efforts, regularly volunteering our time and energy to those making a difference.

Women Owned, Women Operated

Another core component to our company ethos is supporting women through the course of their careers. Entech is proud to be a women owned and operated company, with a priority to  create a workplace that is supportive of women’s needs. It is because of this unique care we take toward women in the workplace that Entech was named one of Crain’s 2021 Cool Places to Work. On top of that, we were recognized as the only company with a 100% female executive team. 

We have found a community in the Troy Chamber Women’s Business Forum.  Here we have collaborated with other women in business andare regularly seeking fellow women owned businesses to collaborate with and support each other.

What This Means to Us

Being recognized by those in our own community as the Marketing Magnet has been such a rewarding experience. Our goal is to build business through relationships, particularly in ways that support women in the workplace. Being recognized as a Marketing Magnet validates that these connections are being built and our peers are recognizing us for who we truly are. We are so grateful to all those who have supported us and led us to this success. We hope to continue to further spread our message and be a light to our community.
