Amy Gross President
Owner and President of Entech Medical Staffing, Amy is a self motivated professional with over 10 years experience providing skilled care to patients recovering from catastrophic injury. In July of 2001, Amy made the decision to expand the medical department focus to include private duty in-home healthcare. Amy’s passion became apparent–due to her own personal experience in helping her family learn to survive a life altering event and accept a new normal way of life. Utilizing her resourcefulness and innovation, Ms. Gross has the ability to facilitate all aspects of the recruitment and employment process. Adept at insuring company guidelines and staffing requirements, Ms. Gross has broad experience in operational and strategic planning. She is committed to the company’s future growth and strategic market development by continuously impacting the lives of others.
Kathy McDonald LPN Clinical Director
Kathy joined Entech Medical Staffing in January 2012, as Clinical Director overseeing all private duty cases. She has been working with Entech Medical Staffing and the private duty home care arena for nearly fifteen years. Specifically, working with spinal cord and traumatic brain injury clients’ performing a wide range of specialized nursing skills. She creates comprehensive plans of care for our patients. Develops and implements staff recruitment, orientation, policies and procedures, staff development and evaluation. Her extensive medical and customer service background has provided her with an understanding of our clients’ needs and requests. She acts both as a liaison and a resource between the patient, family and staff through the continuum of care. Kathy ensures relationships are sound and problems are solved. In addition, Kathy works effectively with case managers, physiatrists and therapists while providing professional, trusting and empathetic care. Kathy’s nursing career started at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital where she worked in Intensive Care. From there she went on to Crittenton Hospital neurology floor, working closely with neurosurgeons specializing in traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury. She also has experience also in Internal Medicine for 15 years.
Kim Dennison RN Clinical Liaison
Kim joined Entech Medical staffing in October 2016, as RN Clinical Liaison. Kim’s experience started specifically with spinal cord and traumatic brain injury clients working as a CNA. Upon five years of one on one patient care, her dedication to the field led her to return to school to complete her BSN in nursing. Immediately following graduation Kim began working on a neurological unit at the Detroit Medical Center. Kim then returned to her passion of taking care of clients in the home setting here at Entech. Kim works primarily in the field and very closely with the Clinical Director.Kim provides one more level of collaboration to offer clients and their families’ comprehensive and holistic care. She also performs extensive, required pre-employment evaluations in order to determine employment eligibility for the field staff.Her extensive medical and customer service background has provided her with an understanding of our clients’ needs and requests.Kim ensures all our employee and client relationships are sound and problems are solved.
