Our Staffing Process. Start to Finish.

Sourcing
Entech Medical Staffing continuously recruits candidates from a wide variety of resources to ensure we always have a strong pool of candidates. These include major job boards (Indeed, Ziprecruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.,), career fairs, networking events, and more.
Screening
Our screening process begins with a series of questions regarding experience, interests, availability, and expectations. If it is determined that a candidate is a potential employee, a personal interview is scheduled.
Interviewing
Each candidate is personally interviewed, either in person or virtually, to determine the candidate’s abilities, goals, previous training and work experience. Depending on the candidate’s background and interests, appropriate testing is administered.
Testing
Candidates may be evaluated on their skills using SHL Pre-Employment Assessments, as well as client requested tests and training modules. Through SHL we have thousands of skills tests available for a variety of healthcare settings.
Credentialing
A reference(s) check, drug screen, criminal background check, licensure check, and TB test are administered for all applicants. CPR/BLS, vaccinations/titers, and additional screening is available upon request.
Placing
Once the qualified candidate is identified, resumes are submitted to the employer for review. Employees may be placed directly or Entech can schedule an interview with the employer, prior to the start date.
Performance Monitoring
We maintain consistent ongoing communication with the employee and customer for the duration of the assignment, ensuring a successful match.

Ongoing Support

Whether we’re helping recruit and place a single employee or offering a range of ongoing services, our commitment doesn’t end with placement. We provide on-site visits and after-hours counseling to ensure ongoing support. As a trusted partner, we prioritize building lasting relationships that continue long after the hire.
