Celebrating our History of Strong Women

Women owned. International Women's Day.The history of Entech Medical Staffing is one of female empowerment. It began with two brave, young women. Entech Personnel Services was for sale back in 2009, and CEO Kathy Camara and President Amy Gross seized the day and became co-owners. They have built an environment of empowering women in the workplace ever since. March is Women’s History Month, and the stories of women who have paved the way for us resonate very closely at Entech. We are honored to carry their legacy on.

Women-Owned, Women Operated

Entech is a WBENC certified Women-Owned organization. Beyond that, we are women operated. We have female representation on every level, from directors to recruiters. Empowering women in the workplace, both in our direct staff and through the employees we place, is a guiding point for our team.

Setting Our Team Up For Success

As mothers and wives themselves, Kathy and Amy understand the burden placed on working mothers to balance work and home life. Their personal understanding of the obstacles women must face while advancing their careers has made it their mission to support their growth. With a room in the office specifically dedicated to nursing mothers, flexible maternity leave and personal time off, a space to meditate, and a gym to promote mental health, Kathy and Amy are always acting with the wellbeing of their staff in mind. Entech hires chefs and personal trainers to come in on a regular basis, provides quarterly bonuses and gifts such as company apparel to their staff, and plans a regular holiday trip to the spa for their employees, to improve company morale. If unable to find child care, Entech has allowed employees to bring their children to work. The flexible structure and tools for wellbeing and success at Entech have empowered women to manage the challenges of their daily lives without sacrificing the progress of their careers.
