Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google applications

  • Ability to remain organized and respond effectively in fast-paced or urgent situations

  • Ability to operate computers and other office machinery

Responsibilities

  • The On Call Coordinator responds to after-hours call flow, coordinates staffing support, and helps ensure continuity of quality care and service for staff and clients during non-business hours

  • Participate in the on-call rotation schedule a minimum of 3 days per week

  • Assist with filling staffing cancellations and call-offs that occur during non-business hours

  • Respond to employee and operational inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Log incoming calls and update schedule as needed

  • Send email communication to medical team regarding updates to staffing situations as they occur

  • Assess the urgency of situations and communicate with appropriate staff and clients for follow-up or resolution

  • Maintain accurate documentation of staffing and call-related activity

  • Perform other duties as assigned
