Job Position: Medical Scribe

Location: Farmingtn Hls, MI 48332

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: Monday -Thursday, approximately 32-40 hours per week
7:30 am – 4:30 pm with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.

This is a long term assignment with potential for direct hire.

The Medical Scribe is responsible for following the Physician into the exam rooms with a laptop to take notes on the conversation within the room.
Documentation of patient visits including:
Chief complaint
History of present illness
Assessment and treatment plan
Record procedures performed during visit
Document diagnoses and ensure chars are complete and accurate
Update patient records, including medications, allergies, medical history, surgical history, family history
