Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday 8 am – 4 pm

Job Summary

The Executive Medical Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for our valued patients, providing outstanding service and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting. This role requires a sophisticated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to cater to an affluent and discerning clientele with grace and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process billing, insurance claims, and payments with precision and professionalism.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or high-end customer service environment.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
