Private Duty RN

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our private duty client in the MONROE area!

PART TIME Days (6:30a-2:30p), Afternoons (2:30p-10:30p) and Nights (10:30p-6:30a) Available!

Pay rate: LPN $35-$37 & RN $38-$40 (based on experience)

Requirements Include:

• Current and active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan

• Current CPR or BLS certification

• 1 year minimum of Vent experience

• 1 year minimum of Trach experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in home care

• Current and active drivers license

• Must be comfortable working around pets (Med/Large friendly Poodle in home)

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Monitor ventilation

• Trach care and suctioning

• All ADL’s

• Transfers using Hoyer

• Straight Cathing

• Skin assessments

• Range of Motion

• Wound care

• Medication Management

• Transportation using transport van

• Other duties as needed
