Description: Dental Assistant for Mobile Dental Unit. Monday through Friday, 8 hours shifts can be anytime between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Pay rate: $18 – $21 per hourMobile Dental Program provides on-site comprehensive dental care to the underserved poopulation of Metro Detroit. They partner with over 25 schools, 70 head-starts, as well as numerous churches, shelters, and rehabilitation centers throughout the area. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills• Ability to take initiative and be proactive• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing work environment and work responsibilities• Responsible and punctual• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)• Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace)• Attentive to detail and data accuracy• Must have valid driver’s license• Ability to pass a background check• Comfortable working with children• Capability to lift and move objects up to 25lbs• Passion for helping others• Comfortable providing dental care to a diverse population base in different settings• Willingness to assist in one of Covenant’s 3 clinic locations as needed
