What are the costs associated with these services?
For Temporary Placements, billing includes an hourly rate covering all employment-related costs associated with hiring, including wages, taxes, and insurance. For Direct Hire employees, the fee is a percentage of the employee’s annual salary. These costs are offset by the efficiency of the process, the reduction in time to hire, and access to a higher caliber of candidates.
What is the turnaround time for your staffing services?
We have a candidate pool of pre-credentialed employees. If we have an available candidate, we can staff within 24 hours. If we need to source externally, the time frame is dependent on candidate availability and completion of credentialing.

What locations do you service?
We primarily serve all of Southeast and Mid-Michigan. If you have a request that falls outside of these areas, give us a call and we would be happy to discuss.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. We cover all credentialing costs which includes drug testing, background check, TB skin testing, and finger printing. Additional testing is available upon client request.
How does Temporary to Direct Hire work?
For Temporary to Direct Hires, the employee typically completes 1,040 hours. Upon completion of this requirement the candidate is eligible to be hired direct, with no additional fee.
How often will I be billed?
We pay our employees and bill our clients on a weekly basis. This option can be customized upon request.
