Private Duty Nurse (LPN or RN)

• We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our private duty client in Farmington Hills.

• PT Days – 3 days per week including a rotating Sat & Sun

• Typical shifts: 7:30a-5p, 8:30a-2:30p & 8a-3:30p

• Pay rate: RN $36-$40 & LPN $34-$36

Requirements Include:

• Current and active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan

• Current CPR or BLS certification

• Vent experience

• Trach experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in home care

• Must be comfortable working around a dog

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing ventilator

• Trach care and suctioning

• All ADL’s

• Transfers using Hoyer

• Bladder & Bowel program

• Catheter care

• Seizure precautions

• Skin assessments

• ROM

• Meal prep/ feed

• Safety

• Transportation using transport van

• Other duties as needed
