who require assistance with long term

care and be functionally able to live as
independently as possible.
Entech
utilizes and collaborates with all
members of the interdisciplinary team
including Physicians, Case Managers,
Therapists, counselors to promote
continuity and optimize rehabilitation.

We provide service 24 hours/day, 7
days/week. Additionally our team
of Registered Nurses are available 24
